This survey will help us to understand how existing programmes (curricula), accreditation systems and the organisation of universities motivate staff, students, partners and citizens to foster Food2030-inspired food systems transformations. The survey is relevant for local/regional communities and will reveal the diversity of Member States’ solutions and the willingness to commit to a sustainability charter.

Survey results will help form a food systems sustainability charter (guidance) to network EU university-driven local ecosystems and foster improved food systems education and training programmes, public procurement, and citizen engagement. The results will be available and support better functioning of European research and education in FutureFoodS, the brand new European Sustainable Food Systems Partnership.

We kindly ask the higher administration of higher education and research institutes to complete our survey to assist us in gaining a better understanding of the current state of food systems transformation in their organisation.
