The aim of this programme is to pair young professionals with experts in the field of food science and technology to aid these professionals to further develop and grow professionally (and personally) within this field.  

During their time with the programme, the mentees and mentors will meet regularly, and they will also take part in different events organized by Young EFFoST to increase networking opportunities and build relationships.  

The EYE Mentorship Programme offers mentees a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into their career path, enhance their personal development, and cultivate greater confidence in their skillset and role in a professional environment. Simultaneously, mentors within the program will have the opportunity to meet promising future professionals, refine their leadership and mentoring skills, and expand their professional network.
