The European Green Deal and the Sustainable Development Goals require the food sector to develop innovative and sustainable processes to accelerate the transition to sustainable food systems that ensure food security, nutrition, and public health. EFFoST2023 will showcase the latest scientific discoveries and technologies to obtain new ingredients and foods.
